Do you do airport transfers? Or organise taxis? If so how much is it to and from the airport? or the best way to get there?

before i was organise taxi but now we can do airport transfers from the airport to the hostel for 100 dh or from he hostel to the airport but not al ways available so the be price will be expansive in the night time if they take a taxi like 150 MOROCCAN D

How much does it cost to rent a lock?

if our guestes they wanna save something we will save thair things for free

Do I need a lock for the lockers?

if our guests wanna save somethings we can save for them in forth flor

Can I use my own sleeping bag?

Yes, you are allowed to use it.

Can I book in advance a bus shuttle to pick me up from the Port of Tanger (Not Tanger Med) ?

really now , because by walk take only 15 min but if our guests dont wanna walk from the port they can find a taxi station in the port

This hostel is a perfect place to stay for those who like to have a place to sleep and to go and explore the town’s many
The staff were wonderfully kind, helpful, and polite. Food was delicious and location was right in the heart of the old town with all kinds of traditional clothing and spice shops.
The only shared shower on my floor was really small with plastic curtain which did not close well, therefore could not contain the shower water in the short basin. Hence water all over the bathroom floor. Also the hostel did not accept credit/debit cards. Had to go out to exchange money and return to pay with cash.

Noisy & small 4 beds room at the centre of medina
the hostel is located at the centre of the medina - the kitchen was clean and usable
the street was too noisy & we needed to close the window for sleeping, but then the room was so hot - 4 beds room is too small & not enough space to put our belongings, not even have any lockers for security purposes - lots of plates but no bowl for soup noodle, and only have one or two (maximum) USABLE pot(s) for cooking - STAFF VIOLATED THE RULE & KEPT WHATSAPP / TEXTING ME FOR A "DATING" BY CHECKING MY PHONE NUMBER / PERSONAL INFO. FROM MY BOOKING

Good
Staff were all very nice, good shared areas including rooftop terrace, kitchen, in house chef/restaurant options were amazing and cheap, clean. Location was great in the hustle and bustle of Medina
No aircon or fan in rooms meant it was very noisy (had to keep windows open) with the street noise. I also was in a mixed dorm but the room was all males and I was the only female
